1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify under our voluntary 30-day return policy, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be returned in their original packaging.

• Include proof of purchase or an order confirmation.

These conditions do not limit your statutory consumer rights, including your right of withdrawal under applicable European Union law.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, provided these costs were disclosed before purchase.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, Warriors Creed will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is necessary.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their returns reach us safely, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable law.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected by this policy.

5. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be excluded from our voluntary return policy, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products manufactured to individual customer specifications.

• Gift cards, where permitted by applicable law.

• Items that do not meet the conditions of our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Products purchased during promotions or sales remain eligible for statutory returns where required by law.

Any exclusions will be applied only where legally permitted. Your statutory rights concerning defective products remain unaffected.

7. European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online within the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

You must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we will refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery charges. Additional charges for premium delivery options are not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

This statutory withdrawal right is separate from and is not restricted by our voluntary 30-day return policy.

8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect a return made under our voluntary 30-day policy, we will notify you of its status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, additional processing time may apply.
